About the role
Run quarterly business reviews that work like mock audits. You will look after a portfolio of credit unions and regional banks, track their compliance health and make sure they are ready before the examiners arrive.
What you’ll do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of credit union and community bank clients
- Run "Audit Readiness" QBRs built on usage data and compliance scorecards
- Spot adoption drops that signal a return to spreadsheets and intervene early
- Coordinate escalations with support and engineering, and track them to resolution
- Identify expansion opportunities into managed identity, archiving and security services
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in customer success, account management or audit roles in banking
- Comfortable discussing CECL, ALLL, GLBA and exam findings with Chief Risk Officers
- Organised, data-literate and calm under pressure
Nice to have
- Former bank auditor, examiner or loan officer
