See all 41

If you have built your career in engineering, data, security, operations, delivery or sales and want to apply it where failure has real consequences, this is where you start. Roles sit in our three industry divisions and in our shared units: the Fusion Center, Global Resilience Operations, Data Trust & Governance Labs and the AI Research Lab. Every listing shows its pay range.

Levels

What each level means here

Every listing names its level. The same definitions apply in every track and every office, so a Senior engineer in Yerevan and a Senior engineer in Boston are held to the same expectations.

LevelScopeTypical experience
EntryLearns the domain and the regulations that shape it; delivers well-defined work with review.Early career; often after an internship or graduate program
MidOwns well-scoped work end to end, from design to running it in production or at a client.Several years in a similar role
SeniorOwns ambiguous problems, leads projects across a team, and mentors others.A track record of leading work of real size
Staff / LeadSets technical or functional direction across teams; Lead roles may lead a practice such as model risk.Recognized depth, and influence beyond your own team
LeadershipManager, director and vice president roles, leading people and a business area. Posted when open.Experience leading teams and budgets

Experience ranges are a guide, not a filter. We read every application and level offers on what you can show us, not on years alone.

How we interview

A short process, built around real work

  1. Step 1

    Recruiter screen

Thirty minutes on your experience, what you are looking for, the role and its posted pay range. You can ask anything.

  2. Step 2

    Hiring manager

A conversation about the work you have done and the work this team needs done, with time for your questions about the team.

  3. Step 3

    Practical exercise

A problem from the work itself, told to you in advance: a design, an incident, a delivery plan or a deal review. Live or as a short take-home with a stated time limit, and never production work.

  4. Step 4

    Your future colleagues

A conversation with the people you would work with most, often across offices. They want to know how you work with others.

  5. Step 5

    Decision and offer

Interviewers score you against the role’s competencies and write their feedback before the panel meets. Any offer is within the posted range.

  6. Throughout

    Your application page

Book interviews, see who you will meet, message your recruiter and follow every step on your private application page.

Usually two to three interviews after the recruiter screen. Each track page has sample questions and an exercise to try, and How we hire has the full process.

Pay and practicalities

What you can know before you apply

Pay near the top of the market

Every listing shows its range, set near the top of the local market for the level (around the 95th percentile of base pay) and refreshed every year. Where you land depends on your skills and experience, not on how hard you negotiate.

Where you work

Each listing shows the office and whether the role is hybrid or on-site. Whichever office you join, you will work with colleagues in others every week.

Employer of Record

In some countries you are employed through an Employer of Record partner while working on a Moraph team, with the same laptop, tools and expectations. The listing says when this applies.

Security clearances

Roles that need a US security clearance are marked and include a clearance check before an offer. Some accept candidates eligible to obtain one.

Visas and relocation

Sponsorship depends on the role and the country. Tell us in your application, and your recruiter will be clear about what is possible before you invest time in interviews.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

I don’t have experience in banking, healthcare or government. Can I still apply?

Yes. The regulations can be learned on the job, and onboarding covers them. What matters is the depth of your craft and your willingness to work where rules exist for good reasons. Each track page says which roles need sector experience from day one.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes. Apply for each role that interests you. If your recruiter thinks you would suit another role or level better, they will tell you.

How is my level decided?

By the interviews, against the level definitions above. If the panel thinks the role is a level above or below where you would land, your recruiter discusses it with you before any offer, and the pay always comes from the posted range for that level.

Do you hire managers and executives?

Yes, when roles are open. Leadership roles are listed like every other role, with their pay range.

Can I ask for adjustments?

Yes, at any stage: extra time for an exercise, a different format, captioning, or anything else you need. Tell us in your application or email careers@moraph.com. It is never used to assess you.

How long does the process take?

It depends on the role and on your availability. Your application page always shows where you are and what comes next.
