About the role
A two-year program with rotations across product engineering, platform and security. You will build production software from your first month.

- Rotate through product, platform and security engineering teams
- Ship production code under senior mentorship
- Complete structured training in secure development

- Recent graduate (within 2 years) in computer science, engineering or similar
- Strong programming fundamentals
Location and working arrangement
This role is hybrid, based in our New York office. You’ll need to be able to work from New York on a regular basis, and your team agrees its own rhythm for being together.

Compensation
$170,000 – $190,000 per year
Where you land in the range depends on your experience and skills, not on how well you negotiate. Any offer we make is within this range.
