About the role
Connect systems that were never designed to talk to each other. You will build and maintain the HL7 and FHIR interfaces between our healthcare products and hospital EMRs.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain HL7v2 and FHIR integrations with EMRs and payer systems
- Configure and monitor integration engines
- Troubleshoot message flows with client IT teams
- Protect PHI in transit and at rest
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in healthcare integration
- Hands-on experience with HL7v2 and FHIR
- Good English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Mirth or Rhapsody
Location and working arrangement
This role is hybrid, based in our Mexico City office. You’ll need to be able to work from Mexico City on a regular basis, and your team agrees its own rhythm for being together.
This role is employed through Moraph’s Employer of Record partner in Mexico, which handles local payroll, benefits and employment compliance. You will work full time on Moraph’s team, report to a Moraph manager, and use Moraph’s tools and equipment, exactly like colleagues hired directly.

Compensation
MX$1,380,000 – MX$1,660,000 per yearGross annual salary (MX$115,000–MX$138,000 per month), plus aguinaldo, vacation premium and other statutory benefits.
