About the role
Watch the systems that cannot go down. You will monitor our global infrastructure around the clock and respond first when something looks wrong.
What you’ll do
- Monitor network, infrastructure and application health across regions
- Triage alerts and run documented runbooks to restore service
- Escalate incidents to Tier 3 engineering with clear, timely updates
- Help improve monitoring coverage and alert quality
What you’ll bring
- 1+ years in NOC, IT operations or support
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux
- Willingness to work rotating shifts

- CCNA or similar
Location and working arrangement
This role is on-site in Mumbai: you work from our Mumbai office full time.
This role is employed through Moraph’s Employer of Record partner in India, which handles local payroll, benefits and employment compliance. You will work full time on Moraph’s team, report to a Moraph manager, and use Moraph’s tools and equipment, exactly like colleagues hired directly.

Compensation
₹7,00,000 – ₹8,40,000 per yearFixed annual salary. Shift allowance is paid on top.
