About the role
Engineer reliability into a platform handling around 2.5 billion API calls a month. You will automate operations and reduce toil across our follow-the-sun model.
What you’ll do
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks with code
- Define SLOs and error budgets with product teams
- Lead post-incident reviews and drive fixes to completion
- Mentor NOC and support engineers
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in SRE or DevOps
- Strong Kubernetes, Terraform and cloud experience
- Good English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with observability platforms at scale
Location and working arrangement
This role is hybrid, based in our Mumbai office. You’ll need to be able to work from Mumbai on a regular basis, and your team agrees its own rhythm for being together.
This role is employed through Moraph’s Employer of Record partner in India, which handles local payroll, benefits and employment compliance. You will work full time on Moraph’s team, report to a Moraph manager, and use Moraph’s tools and equipment, exactly like colleagues hired directly.

Compensation
₹37,00,000 – ₹45,00,000 per yearFixed annual salary, excluding variable pay.
