Solutions Architect, Life Sciences

About the role

Help biotech and pharma sponsors run trials faster without cutting corners. You will design solutions around our clinical trial recruitment, site payment and research data products for life sciences clients in the Boston-Cambridge cluster and beyond.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for sponsors, CROs and research hospitals
• Design validated deployments that meet 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP expectations
• Plan integrations with EDC, CTMS and EMR systems
• Support RFPs, security reviews and executive presentations

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years in solutions architecture, consulting or engineering in life sciences or health tech
• Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GCP and computer system validation
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and data flows

Nice to have

• Experience with eConsent or decentralized trial platforms

Location and working arrangement

This role is hybrid, based in our Boston office. You’ll need to be able to work from Boston on a regular basis, and your team agrees its own rhythm for being together.

Compensation

$205,000 – $235,000 per yearBase salary, plus variable compensation.

Where you land in the range depends on your experience and skills, not on how well you negotiate. Any offer we make is within this range.
